We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Reporting Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on financial and management reporting, coupled with exceptional problem-solving abilities and an entrepreneurial mindset. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate financial data and insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making within the organization.

Duties and responsibilities

• Perform monthly consolidations, prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with external auditors for audit processes and address any findings or recommendations.

Management Reporting :

• Develop and maintain management reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Provide detailed variance analysis and insights to support management decisions.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand financial performance and drive improvements.

Budgeting and Forecasting :

• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
• Monitor and report on budget variances, providing recommendations for corrective actions.

Problem Solving and Analysis :

• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
• Analyze financial data and trends to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.

Must-have Qualifications

• CPA or equivalent certification
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on financial and management reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
