Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A and/or financial reporting
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA designation preferred
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs) or Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Workday/Adaptive Insights or similar ERP/Planning systems is an asset
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools like Sisense, Google Data Studios, Tableau, or PowerBI is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist in monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and strategic planning
• Support implementation of BI tools and systems for automation
• Ensure integration and configuration of finance systems like Workday and Adaptive Insights
• Collaborate with Tax, Treasury, and Accounting teams for planning and forecasts
• Gather forecast inputs and update quality scorecards
• Validate forecast and budget assumptions across business units
• Prepare reports and materials for senior leadership on budgets and forecasts
• Maintain foreign exchange rate assumptions
• Review risks & opportunities across the business
• Support regional finance teams with planning activities
• Standardize and improve planning processes
• Analyze client account profitability and performance
• Disseminate account-level plans into global plans
• Leverage data warehouse and BI tools for reporting
• Build and analyze global forecasts and KPIs with cross-functional teams
• Prepare FP&A content for leadership meetings
• Own improvements to planning processes

Additional Activities

• Participate in ad-hoc projects with IT, Sales, HR, etc.
• Collaborate with global finance teams across 25+ countries
• Assist in bookings planning and reporting
• Support governance processes as needed

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A or financial reporting
• Bachelor’s in accounting or finance; CPA preferred
• Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
• Experience with ERP/Planning systems and BI tools is advantageous
