Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience.
• Regulatory licensing requirements as Financial Planner in the province/territory of employment.
• Advanced working knowledge of financial industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Takes a lead in needs-based assessments to grow loyalty and opportunities.
• Provides financial and investment planning and advice to meet client goals.
• Engages new and existing customers to grow business and referrals.
• Identifies opportunities to generate referrals to partners for banking products.
• Develops and implements a relationship management plan to meet client needs.
• Maintains knowledge of products and regulatory requirements; acts with integrity.
