Job summary

RBC Financial Group in Canada is seeking a Financial Planner to manage and grow a portfolio of mass affluent clients, delivering comprehensive reviews and holistic planning. You will build long-term relationships through expert advice and ongoing services, with base plus variable compensation.

You will expand your client base by networking with service partners and local markets while meeting performance targets in a salaried role with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Financial Planning designation (IPF) required.
• Mutual Funds License (IFIC or CSC) required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in financial planning.
• Proven networking and client acquisition skills.
• Ability to develop a strong referral network.
• Bilingualism (English and French) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailor-made financial planning advice and help clients reach their goals using our investment, credit, and banking solutions.
• Actively maintain and expand your portfolio of clients using value-based relationship management practices, achieving performance targets.
• Cultivate relationships with service partners and local markets to optimize business opportunities and referrals.
