Job summary

You will bridge financial requirements across agencies, contribute to month-end processes, and participate in audits. The role requires 3–5 years of related experience, a Bachelor’s in Business Administration/Commerce, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration/commerce.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Experience with financial systems is an asset (MediaOcean, TM1, Hyperion, D365).

Responsibilities

• Maintain payroll budgets and benefits data as a single source of truth.
• Analyze staffing levels with agency leads and advise on adjustments.
• Perform monthly variance analyses and compensation tracking.
• Complete retainer reconciliation and fee costings as needed.
• Record month-end journal entries and support audits.
• Monitor timesheet inputs and approvals; assist ad-hoc reporting.
