Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is essential.
• Minimum of 2 years accounting experience required.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Job description

Reporting to the Assistant Controller, the Financial Analyst will participate in the general accounting of the Business division.

Your day-to-day

• Participate in the month-end process, including preparation of month-end entries, balance sheet account reconciliations, and internal control compliance.
• Prepare the monthly financial statements and assist with variance analysis compared to budget and forecast.
• Prepare working files for the annual audit and compile information and analyses as required by auditors.
• Support the accounting technicians.
• Assist in preparing various analyses for senior management.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.
• Ability to perform in a fast-changing environment.
• Leadership and proactivity.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Knowledge of Netsuite is an asset.
• Autonomous, takes initiative.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in French and English.
