Responsibilities :

  • General Accounting :

Participate in month-end closing activities, including stock, inventory, and provisions tracking.

  • Handle inventory stocks for the factory and external storage.
  • Sign and monitor rejects, follow inventory provisions, perform analyses, and prepare inter-company recharges.
  • Analyze industrial variances : actual vs. standard (units produced, gross coverage, raw materials / actual costs, substitution / subcontracting, sampling, batch tracking).
  • Coordinate information collection from various departments for month-end.
  • Prepare year-end analyses, revalue stocks at year start, and update procedures for FMC calculations.
  • Assist in financial audits and ad hoc projects.
  • Update cost calculation procedures and analyze product cost sheets for new products.
  • Participate in weekly new product launch meetings and calculate all commercial FMCs.
  • Budget / Plans and Trends :

Perform comparative analyses on FMCs.

  • Assist in revising loss rates, purchase prices, MOD / BOM ranges, and sampling.
  • Contribute to planning / budgeting processes and trend exercises for industrial segments.
  • Basic Requirements :

Professional designation (CPA-CA / CMA / CGA) or in progress, or equivalent experience.

  • 5 years of experience in a similar role, with 3-5 years preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables).
