Responsabilités Clés

• Participer aux clôtures mensuelles et au cycle comptable complet
• Préparer et analyser les écritures du grand livre
• Effectuer les rapprochements de comptes du bilan
• Produire les états financiers mensuels
• Contribuer à l’analyse des écarts budgétaires et prévisionnels
• Collaborer à la préparation des audits de fin d’année
• Fournir un appui à l’équipe de techniciens comptables
• Présenter des rapports ad hoc à la direction
  
  

Profil Recherché

• Diplôme universitaire en comptabilité ou équivalent
• Minimum de 2 années d’expérience pertinente (cabinet ou entreprise)
• Très bonne maîtrise d’Excel et des outils Microsoft
• Connaissance du système Netsuite (un atout important)
• Esprit méthodique, autonome et structuré
• Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles en français et en anglais

A fast-growing, creative, and tech-forward company is seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join its dynamic finance team in Montreal.

Reporting to the Assistant Controller, the Accountant/Analyst will support full-cycle accounting operations and deliver insightful financial analysis to guide strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in full month-end close process
• Prepare and analyze general ledger entries
• Perform monthly balance sheet account reconciliations
• Produce accurate monthly financial statements
• Assist with budget and forecast variance analysis
• Help coordinate year-end audit preparation with external auditors
• Support accounting technicians with various tasks
• Prepare ad hoc reports and financial summaries for leadership
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience (firm or industry)
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Experience with Netsuite (a strong asset)
• Autonomous, analytical, and organized mindset
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and French
