Job summary

Cooke Inc. in New Brunswick, Canada, seeks a Manager, Finance Technology to own the near-term technology roadmap for Finance and Accounting and to deliver capability-centric work within Cooke’s IT governance.

You will lead a team that implements record-to-report, accounts payable and other finance processes, ensuring measurable value for the business. You will partner with Finance leadership, Digital Strategy, and PMO to translate priorities into executable initiatives, balance scope, and drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 5-8 years in IT or business roles, including 2-3 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
• Demonstrated experience delivering technology for finance, accounting, or a comparable corporate function.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain a 12-month technology roadmap for Finance and Accounting, aligned to enterprise sequencing.
• Translate finance priorities into sequenced, executable initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Define scope, constraints, and success criteria for initiatives within the capability.
• Drive continuous improvement and capability maturity across finance and accounting processes.
