Qualifications

• Payroll processing experience is required.
• Experience using Sage 300 accounting software is required.
• Completion of PCL is highly preferred.
• Completion of Payroll Fundamentals 1 and 2 is preferred.
• Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) designation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Payroll processing, deductions, remittances, and payroll reporting.
• Accounts payable: review and process invoices for payment.
• Administer and maintain employee benefits records.
• Support payroll staff with employee information related to benefits.
