Job summary

Autism Services in Saskatoon is seeking a full-time payroll and bookkeeping professional to support our finance team.

You will calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, maintain ledgers and financial statements, post journal entries, and prepare tax returns under tight deadlines. University diploma and 1–2 years’ experience are preferred.

Work hours are 30–35 per week with an hourly wage of CAD 27.00 to CAD 35.00, to be negotiated.

Qualifications

• University diploma required.
• 1–2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll.
• Keep financial records and balance accounts using manual/computerized systems.
• Maintain general ledgers and financial statements.
