Livingston International in Toronto, ON, seeks a Manager, Finance Operations to lead accounts payable, duty audit, and related payable processes. You will design and optimize end-to-end payables workflows, implement internal controls, and partner with Treasury and IT to drive automation and cash optimization.

You will develop talent, manage vendor relations, and report on AP performance, working closely with Finance and Operations leaders to ensure accurate financial transactions and compliant

Formación

• Comprehensive experience with full-cycle accounts payable, including intake, matching, vouchering, and payment authorization.
• Proven people-management skills with coaching, performance reviews, and team development.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across finance, procurement, IT, and treasury.
• Experience navigating and optimizing finance and operations systems (ERP preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Lead the accounts payable and duty audit functions, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing and payment execution.
• Evaluate and optimize payables processes, technology, and talent to improve efficiency and cash flow.
• Design and monitor internal controls, ensuring compliance with IFRS/US GAAP and company policies.
• Develop and present AP performance dashboards and vendor analytics for senior management.
