Job summary

Opensity Solutions, Toronto-based, is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to manage high-volume AP entry, coding and T&E reviews while upholding robust controls. Reporting to the AP Manager, you will ensure timely processing, accurate GL coding, vendor reconciliations and support for month-end close.

You will leverage ERP systems (Sage Intacct or similar) and work with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance with policy, resolve discrepancies, and drive continuous process

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of accounts payable experience, including expense coding, invoice entry and review.
• Hands-on experience with an ERP system (Sage Intacct or a comparable cloud-based platform).
• Demonstrated experience performing vendor reconciliations and supporting month-end close.
• Strong understanding of AP controls, approval workflows and policy compliance.
• Experience mentoring or guiding AP teammates is a plus.

Responsibilities

• AP entry and review for high-volume invoices with accurate coding.
• Review travel and entertainment (T&E) expenses for policy compliance and proper documentation.
• Perform vendor statement and AP sub-ledger reconciliations and assist month-end close.
• Identify process improvements and maintain SOPs for AP, T&E, and reconciliations.
• Provide guidance to AP team and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
