Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of progressive accounting or financial analysis experience.
• Hands-on experience with general ledger accounting, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with financial data.
• CPA designation, progress toward CPA, or interest in pursuing the designation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare recurring and non-recurring journal entries for monthly close.
• Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning activities.
• Develop and monitor key financial and operational KPIs.
• Coordinate information for external audits and year-end activities.
