• About the Opportunity
• Manage the month-end close process for various legal entities.
• Perform month-end review and reporting to the Corporate office.
• Prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS/GAAP.
• Coordinate interim and year-end audits for various entities.
• Coordinate, review, and analyze annual operating plans.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts.
• Develop and present decks to the senior leadership team.

About You

• Hold a university degree and a professional accounting designation.
• Have at least 7 years of full-cycle accounting experience.
• Experience managing staff.
• Mandatory experience within the Real Estate sector.
• Experience dealing with complex organizational structures and consolidations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce insightful analysis supporting conclusions.
