Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking a Finance Manager, Yardi and Financial Systems to join our real estate investment team in Richmond Hill, Canada. The role focuses on system administration, data integrity, and reporting critical to month-end closes and portfolio management.

You will administer Yardi Voyager, configure workflows, support upgrades, and deliver end-user training. Strong Excel skills and experience with change management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, IT, CS or related field.
• 3–5+ years administering Yardi Voyager or similar property systems.
• Experience with system implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Strong Excel and data governance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Yardi Voyager and related modules.
• Configure system settings, workflows, security roles, and user access.
• Support testing, upgrades, and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with IT on infrastructure and technical concerns.
• Develop user guides and training materials; deliver user training sessions.
• Support month-end close and critical reporting cycles; coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
• Assist with data imports/exports, migrations, and reporting; ensure data accuracy and integrity.

  • Administer and maintain Yardi Voyager and related modules
