Job description

The Senior Change Manager is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of strategic change initiatives aligned with the Commercial Banking strategy. The main focus of the role is to provide change leadership support and collaborate with client-facing internal workforce teams to conduct impact analysis, assess change readiness, and ensure successful implementation and adoption of change to deliver a differentiated and effective client service experience.

The Change Manager will work with Commercial Banking stakeholders to support the rollout of change by ensuring that training materials, communications, and resource support materials meet the business's needs and that rollouts are integrated and properly sequenced to ensure a seamless customer experience. This role will also assist with tracking the post-implementation impact of initiatives to ensure they achieve the desired strategic objectives.

Key Accountabilities include :
  1. Change Impact Assessment
  • Act as change agent liaison aligned with the client-facing internal workforce teams to facilitate and evaluate the impact of Commercial banking initiatives, define optimal change deliverable tactics, and facilitate acceptance through effective change management practices.
  • Provide thought leadership by assessing future initiative roadmaps to identify early impacts and opportunities for successful implementation.
  • Help identify resourcing impacts and points of resistance, creating plans to mitigate challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand and assess the impact on people, processes, and technology, and identify associated risks.
  • Develop & Implement Change Strategy
    • Partner with stakeholders and support teams to contribute to change deliverables and execute required tasks.
    • Support development of change materials like FAQs, job aids, process flows, and procedures for both rollout and post-implementation, ensuring they are accessible in a centralized library.
    • Ensure business continuity during transitions and effective integration of changes.
    • Represent client-facing teams in project and change meetings, and advocate for their interests when working with technical resources.
    • Build effective relationships with Product, Sales, and other partners to support strategic initiatives.
  • Continuous Improvement & Efficiency Opportunities
    • Identify gaps in processes, infrastructure, and controls, and recommend changes to close or harmonize these gaps.
    • Suggest improvements to the Change Management practice based on lessons learned to enhance future processes.
    Qualifications :
    • Typically 7+ years of relevant experience and/or certification in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • 6 to 8 years of project management experience.
    • PROSCI certification.
    • Strong learning agility and ability to navigate challenging situations.
    • Proficiency in change management methodologies and risk management.
    • Effective issue resolution skills.
    • Deep industry knowledge, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • In-depth influence, collaboration, and team skills, especially cross-group collaboration.
    • Ability to manage ambiguity.
    Salary :

    84,000.00 - $156,000.00
