Senior Finance Manager, RGM at a Glance….
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Finance Manager to lead our Revenue Growth Management (RGM) efforts in Canada. As a key member of the RGM and Commercial Finance leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through data-driven insights, strategic pricing, and trade promotion optimization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to identify opportunities to maximize revenue and profitability.

What’s on the menu?

  • Develop and execute RGM strategies: Lead the development and implementation of RGM strategies to drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and increase market share.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Conduct data analysis and modeling: Analyze large datasets to identify insights and opportunities for revenue growth, using tools such as Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • Optimize trade promotion spend: Analyze and optimize trade promotion spend to ensure effective use of resources and maximize RO.
  • Develop and manage KPIs and metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure RGM effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations: Effectively communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive business decisions.
  • Manage and develop a team: Lead and develop two RGM Analysts, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to ensure team success.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Pricing, Sales, or related field, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability.
  • Advanced analytical skills, with experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization. Negotiation experience an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data analysis in Tableau/Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex insights and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Knowledge of the Canadian food and beverage industry, with experience working with consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies.

New Hire Base Salary Range: $120,100.00 - $150,100.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
