Job summary

BMO Financial Group is seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager, Finance to lead end-to-end consolidation, forecasting, planning and reporting for the T&O portfolio in a fast-paced environment. You will drive month-end close, forecast analysis and executive reporting while partnering with Line Finance Officers to provide actionable insights.

The role requires deep FP&A expertise, strong execution, and a hands-on leadership style with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical and problem solving skills with data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end consolidation, forecasting, planning and reporting for the T&O portfolio.
• Develop executive reporting and presentation materials for leadership.
• Partner with Line Finance Officers to deliver actionable insights and strategic decision support.
