Finance Manager Job Description: We’re excited to lead the search for a high-caliber Manager, Finance to oversee financial controlling and business partnering. This leadership role is essential for maintaining financial accuracy, supporting strategic initiatives, and driving business performance. We seek someone with a proactive mindset and deep financial expertise who can navigate regulatory landscapes, uphold standards, and partner with executive leadership to deliver impact. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, completeness, and GAAP compliance.
• Manage the integrity of financial reporting, including general ledger, reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries.
• Enhance internal controls to strengthen financial processes.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and statutory filings, including GAAP conversions.
• Coordinate audits and tax compliance with local and global teams.

Strategic Collaboration

• Partner with Project Directors, VP, Sales, and Operations to align financial strategies with business goals.
• Drive planning and forecasting to support decision-making.
• Provide financial insights through dashboards and reports.
• Manage project reporting with budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Assess project performance and address risks.
• Resolve ERP data issues to ensure system accuracy.
• Support bid management processes.

Leadership & Vision

• Improve financial processes and systems continuously.
• Collaborate across functions with FP&A, Treasury, and Shared Services.

Qualifications:

• CPA designation
• 4+ years in accounting, reporting, or audit
• 3+ years managing finance teams
• Experience in public accounting is a plus
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 and Power BI is advantageous
