Woody's RV World Abbotsford & Get Away RV is seeking an experienced Finance/Business Manager to join our growing team. As BC's largest RV dealership, you will help customers secure financing and protection products, working with sales and lending partners to ensure a seamless purchase.

You will lead financing activities, maintain regulatory compliance, and contribute to a high-level customer experience, supported by a dynamic, fast-paced sales environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Finance Manager, Business Manager, or F&I Manager in automotive or RV dealership sales environment.
• Strong understanding of lending, leasing, and insurance products
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and performance targets
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
• Customer-focused mindset with exceptional attention to detail

About the Role

As a Financing Manager, you will play a key role in helping customers secure financing and protection products while ensuring a seamless and professional purchase process. Working closely with our sales team and lending partners, you will maximize customer satisfaction, maintain compliance standards, and contribute to the dealership’s continued success.
