Job summary

The Boyd Group Inc. invites motivated students to join our Winnipeg head office for a finance internship.

You’ll rotate across multiple areas of the finance function and gain hands-on experience in accounting and financial reporting. You’ll work with a mentorship‑driven team, contribute to audit preparation, reconciliations, and diverse projects, and develop professional skills in a public company environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Accounting or Finance.
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with financial data.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
• Aspers School of Business (University of Manitoba) experience encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across multiple areas of finance for a broad learning experience.
• Assist with audit preparation and documentation.
• Review and organize financial reports and data; support reconciliations.
• Contribute to diverse accounting and financial reporting projects.
