Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Provide friendly customer service over the phone, in person and over email
• Schedule appointments for vehicle repair using our repair management system
• Ensure timely processing of insurance assignments
• Prepare repair orders with proper documentation
• Record all communication with customers or insurance partners during the repair process using ASE
• Manage rental information
• Apply new knowledge from continuous learning to maintain high quality and positive NPS.

Job Description:

At Boyd Autobody & Glass, we have been providing quality workmanship on every collision repair for over 30 years. As part of The Boyd Group, we have numerous locations throughout Western and Central Canada. We provide the knowledge and equipment you need to excel on our team. • Actively apply new knowledge from continuous learning, ensuring a high level of work quality that contributes to operational excellence and a positive NPS.

Minimum Education and/or Experience Required for the Job

• High School Diploma
• Minimum: 1 year Customer Service experience, ideally in Automotive Industry

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to multitask and function well in a fast-paced environment
• Enthusiastic and friendly demeanor
• Strong knowledge of Google platform and Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy

Other Requirements

• Travel, physical requirements, etc. Valid driver’s license required

Compensation Details

• Hourly: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
• Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience.
