Job summary

Boyd Autobody & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide expert damage appraisals and coordinate repairs with customers and insurers. You’ll prepare estimates using Audatex and Mitchell, document needed parts, and maintain strong communication throughout the repair process.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Minimum of 1-year experience in collision estimating.

Responsibilities

• Create estimates in Audatex and Mitchell estimating systems following OEM procedures.
• Coordinate repair needs and communicate with customers and insurers throughout the repair process.
• Maintain KPIs (Sales/ GP/ NP/ CSI/ AR/ CT&TT) and uphold WOW standards.
• Attend training sessions and team meetings.

The Estimator accurately assesses the damage of vehicles and documents needed repairs and parts replacement on the damage appraisal.
