Dilawri Group of Companies is actively seeking a Finance & Insurance Manager to join the Frost GM team in Brampton. The role offers a commission-based pay structure and focuses on selling after-sales products, managing the department, and ensuring accurate delivery paperwork.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience, a proven sales track record, and an OMVIC license. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential to succeed in this position.

Qualificações

• Sales and competitive winning mindset required.
• Proven track record in sales or automotive finance.
• OMVIC license required.
• Organizational and leadership skills required.
• 1–3 years of experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Sell after-sales products such as extended warranty and insurance.
• Schedule, monitor and control all daily deliveries with sales staff and customers.
• Prepare and document all final delivery paperwork (finance contracts, extended warranty contracts, insurance forms).
• Take complete ownership of the department and customer files.
• Responsible for funding-related items (license fees, down payment, finance/ leasing funding).
• Ensure all final delivery paperwork is completed accurately.
