Job summary

Medavie is undergoing a major Finance transformation and seeks a Business Analyst to help bring a new ERP system from design through implementation.

You will document future-state processes, support system configuration and testing, and ensure alignment between business needs and ERP capabilities. This hands‑on role also covers data migration and change activities across the organization.

Qualifications

• - 3-5 years' experience in business analysis, preferably in Finance or ERP projects.
• - Strong understanding of financial processes (GL, AP, AR, reporting) and procurement / purchasing workflows.
• - Hands-on experience supporting ERP implementations, business requirements documentation (BRDs, user stories), process mapping, and testing / UAT.
• - Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• - Experience working with vendors and supporting transformation initiatives.
• - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Map current and future‑state processes, identify opportunities to improve and streamline workflows
• Partner with stakeholders and vendors to gather, document, and refine business requirements
• Support ERP configuration, implementation activities, and integration discussions
• Develop and execute testing scenarios (SIT/UAT), track issues and support resolution
• Assist with data migration activities, including mapping and validation
• Support user readiness through training and change‑related activities
• Act as a key liaison between end users, project teams, and external partners
