Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7-10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting large-scale enterprise transformation, cybersecurity, technology, or business readiness programs.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills; ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience leading collaboration analysis, impact assessments, business process mapping, requirements elicitation, and documentation across multiple units and sites.
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable deliverables and support solution build activities.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, prioritize, validate, and communicate business requirements across programs.
• Serve as liaison between business units and technical teams; translate needs into functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and process flows.
• Lead collaboration analysis, impact assessments, and readiness planning across sites and user communities.
• Maintain and refine requirements, process documents, and impact assessments throughout the program lifecycle.
• Support solution build, testing, deployment readiness, training, and adoption of new capabilities.
