Job summary

Compass Group Canada is hiring a Senior Business Analyst for Finance Projects to lead end-to-end finance initiatives, collaborating with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders. You will design and implement Power Platform solutions, leverage AI-enabled improvements, and support SAP integrations to optimize finance processes.

The role requires 5+ years in finance-focused analysis, strong stakeholder communication, and Visio documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in finance-focused business analysis.
• Experience leading finance discussions and documenting workflows with Visio.
• Proven ability to design and implement Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Automate, BI).
• Experience with SAP integrations and finance data flows.
• Certifications such as CBAP/CCBA/CPA/CFA are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business analysis for complex finance initiatives.
• Facilitate finance process discussions with owners to map current workflows.
• Document end-to-end finance processes using Visio, including future-state models.
• Identify short-term improvements and long-term transformation opportunities.
• Design and support Power Platform solutions to improve finance workflows.
• Collaborate with IT and SAP teams to improve finance data flows.
• Support UAT, change management, and user enablement during implementations.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize existing finance processes.
