Canada Life is seeking a Director, Technology Delivery – Finance & Actuarial to lead technology delivery across our Finance and Actuarial portfolio. You will shape multi-year roadmaps, prioritise investments and drive complex change with measurable outcomes.

You will build strong teams, partner with business and technology leaders, and ensure secure, resilient solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and regulatory requirements across Canada. This is a permanent role in Winnipeg.

Qualifications

• Significant progressive experience in technology leadership and delivery.
• Ability to translate business strategy into technology roadmaps and executable plans.
• Experience leading complex initiatives across applications, data and security.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology delivery across the Finance and Actuarial portfolio, aligning investment and delivery with business priorities.
• Partner with Finance and Actuarial leaders to create multi-year roadmaps and executable plans.
• Shape technology strategy for the portfolio, aligning with enterprise architecture and priorities.
• Provide leadership across strategy, architecture, design, implementation and operations.
• Lead cross-functional teams spanning architecture, engineering, data, integration, security and delivery.
