GreenTech Resources Worldwide Canada is seeking a Supervisory role to lead daily operations of finance and insurance office staff, ensuring accurate transaction processing and high-quality customer service.

You will coach, train, and evaluate team members, oversee reconciliations, prepare reports, and implement process improvements while ensuring regulatory compliance and internal controls. This is a full-time, on-site position in Canada, with opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma or degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience in finance, accounting, or insurance office operations.
• Proficiency with accounting and office software, including spreadsheets and database applications.
• Working knowledge of financial recordkeeping, reconciliation, and internal control best practices.
• Strong communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Legal entitlement to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of finance and insurance office staff, including scheduling and workload assignment.
• Review and approve financial transactions, reconciliations, and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and internal control procedures.
• Coach, train and evaluate team members; conduct performance feedback and support professional development.
• Prepare operational reports, analyze trends, and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Handle escalated client inquiries and complex account issues, liaising with other departments as necessary.
