Job summary

Fidelity Canada is seeking a Technical Director to lead technology delivery for the Client Experience portfolio. You will act as the IS SME, align tech with business goals, and partner with leaders across IS and business units.

You will oversee architecture, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver seamless client experiences and responsible AI initiatives within Fidelity’s Canada operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical architecture and delivery experience.
• 5+ years of IT or Operations management experience in the Financial Industry.
• Experience partnering with business leaders across complex portfolios (sales, service, relationship management, marketing).

Responsibilities

• Lead technology strategy and delivery for the Client Experience portfolio.
• Serve as IS technical SME and owner for the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Directors & Managers across IS and business partners to align technology services.
