Job summary

Septodont, a global dental products leader, is hiring a Filling Operator at our Cambridge, Ontario site. You will work on the filling line for dental anesthetics, comply with GMP/SOPs, and participate in batch records and equipment setup.

The role requires 1+ year in manufacturing, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work a 24/7 schedule. Starting wage is CAD 24/hour with shift premiums; full-time employment in a dynamic, global environment with opportunities for skill development and

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: at least 1 year in manufacturing; 2+ years is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to follow procedures.
• Good communication, problem solving and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work a 24/7 schedule and adapt to shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform filling line operations and follow SOPs to ensure quality.
• Maintain gowning certification and sanitary practices in the filling area.
• Load/unload equipment, assemble/disassemble filling machinery as needed.
• Inspect products for defects and document batch records and logs.
• Support cleanup, sanitation, and autoclave loading procedures.
• Report equipment or process issues to the supervisor promptly.
