Job summary

Timber-Tech Building Solutions is seeking a Warranty Technician to join our Calgary area team. This fully field-based role requires daily travel to residential and commercial job sites to assess and repair warranty deficiencies.

The successful candidate will perform on-site repairs, coordinate with clients and site supervisors, maintain clear service reports, and ensure safety and warranty standards are met. A company pickup truck and tools are provided.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential or commercial framing or construction.
• Strong carpentry and repair skills.
• Understanding of building processes and warranty requirements.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily service schedule.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site assessments of reported deficiencies.
• Perform on-site repairs to warranty issues.
• Coordinate service appointments with clients and site supervisors.
• Document site visits and materials used clearly.
• Prioritize and manage daily service calls.
• Report recurring issues to QA teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and warranty obligations.
• Represent the company professionally to clients.
• Follow company policies and PPE requirements.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
