Job summary

Warman Homes is seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our skilled service team. You will travel Monday to Thursday to complete year-end warranty checks and service work on RTM and on-site homes, delivering quality workmanship and customer care.

You should have carpentry and renovation experience, be organized, possess a valid Class 5 driver's license, and communicate clearly with homeowners while maintaining tools and vehicles.

Qualifications

• Previous carpentry and renovation experience is required.
• Ability to confidently complete drywall taping and mudding.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence with a clean driver’s abstract.

Responsibilities

• Travel to out-of-town RTM home locations Monday to Thursday to complete year-end warranty checks and service work.
• Perform carpentry, renovation, finishing, and repair tasks, including drywall taping and mudding.
• Identify, document, and complete warranty-related repairs with accuracy and professionalism.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with homeowners, team members, and supervisors.
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles in a safe and responsible manner.
• Represent Warman Homes with a customer-first attitude and a commitment to quality workmanship.

In this position, you will complete year-end warrantychecks and service work on recently built RTM homes, helping ensure everycustomer receives the high level of care and attention Warman Homes is knownfor.
