Warman Homes in Saskatchewan is seeking an experienced Service Technician to join the service team. The role involves completing year-end warranty checks and service work on Ready-to-Move (RTM) homes, with travel Monday to Thursday to out-of-town locations.

Responsibilities include carpentry, renovation, finishing, and repair tasks, drywall taping and mudding, and documenting warranty repairs. A Class 5 driver’s licence and strong communication are required, with on-going training and company

We are currently looking for an experiencedService Technicianto join our skilled service team. This role is ideal for a dependable, hands-on professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys variety in their day, and is comfortable travelling out of town Monday to Thursday.

In this position, you will complete year-end warranty checks and service work on recently built RTM homes, helping ensure every customer receives the high level of care and attention Warman Homes is known for.

What You’ll Do

• Travel to out-of-town RTM home locations Monday to Thursday to complete year-end warranty checks and service work.
• Perform carpentry, renovation, finishing, and repair tasks, including drywall taping and mudding.
• Identify, document, and complete warranty-related repairs with accuracy and professionalism.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with homeowners, team members, and supervisors.
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles in a safe and responsible manner.
