Qualifications

• Post secondary degree in Engineering or PM preferred.
• 3–5 years in elevator industry or related supervision of capital equipment.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to coach, mentor and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation and modernization work ensuring safety, quality and schedule performance.
• Coach and mentor field employees; monitor performance and time tickets.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and ISO standards; coordinate with authorities.
• Manage field audits to assure conformance of quality, safety and performance.
• Identify tooling needs to improve productivity and efficiency.
