Job summary

Innovative Steam Technologies (IST), a Division of Propak Systems Ltd, seeks a Service Project Manager to lead service projects from scope through closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence at customer sites worldwide.

You will coordinate with Service, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Quality teams, provide technical support during inspections and commissioning, and mentor field personnel while maintaining regulatory and company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in project management, field service, or related environment.
• Experience with service, repair, installation, commissioning, or maintenance projects.
• Experience developing plans, schedules, budgets, and customer reports.
• Experience coordinating procurement, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Experience with industrial steam generation equipment is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains project execution plans for Service projects.
• Acts as primary communications liaison between customer, Service, and IST/Propak.
• Prepares budgets, quotations, and proposal docs using costing tools.
• Coordinates reviews and meetings on scope, schedule, and costs.
• Coordinates procurement, subcontractors, and material requirements.
• Provides technical support during installation, commissioning, and tests.
• Ensures compliance with engineering, quality, safety, and company standards.
• Maintains project schedules, forecasts, and status reports.
• Travels domestically and internationally to support service activities.
