Job summary

Real Time Networks in Milton, ON is seeking a Field Service Delivery Technician to install and configure smart locker and key management systems. You will lead end-to-end hardware and software installations, train end-users, and serve as the technical contact for customers.

Based in the GTA with travel across Ontario, you will troubleshoot onsite, provide Tier 1/2 support, document interactions, and collaborate with project managers to ensure on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Post secondary education in IT/Networking or related field.
• 3+ years hands-on technical field experience with hardware installation and network support.
• Experience with RFID, access control, and on-site customer training is a strong asset.
• Willingness to travel across Canada/US and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-install planning calls with customers and confirm logistics and site readiness.
• Install, configure hardware/software onsite or remotely and test against scope.
• Provide Tier 1/2 support and document interactions in ticketing system.
• Train end-users and act as on-site ambassador for Real Time Networks.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure on-time delivery and quality outcomes.
