We are seeking a Service Technician to join our HUB Parking Technology team in Mississauga, Ontario.
Responsibilities
On‑call duties and on‑site service and maintenance for parking and access control hardware and software installations in the Greater Toronto Area.
Provide support for multiple products across the network.
Diagnose and repair electronics and mechanical devices and troubleshoot PC‑based systems.
Use various operating systems and apply networking knowledge to resolve client issues.
Assist in the installation of our state‑of‑the‑art Parking and Revenue Control system and Access Control equipment, including bolt‑down, wiring termination, communication setup to the software host, configuration, and testing under the direction of a Project Manager.
Offer hardware and software support to clients and other field service technicians.
