Job summary

ANDRITZ BONETTI CANADA inc. is seeking a Service Technician to perform maintenance and installation work on our equipment based on formal service requests.

The objective is to maintain good equipment efficiency while maintaining strong customer relations and respecting shutdown schedules. The role involves contributing to the development of knowledge to respond to customer requests, estimating and organizing interventions at customer premises, and ensuring safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the pulp and paper industry or equivalent.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Team-based, results-oriented approach and strong service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Establish work methods to meet deadlines
• Listen to customers
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety rules
• Carry out site inspections and risk assessments
• Write service reports
• Ensure tools and equipment are checked for safety compliance
• Respond to emergency calls at the customer’s request
• Perform any other related tasks
