Job summary

BFG Enterprise Services is seeking a Field IT Service Technician to support customer sites across Canada. You will troubleshoot connectivity and hardware, install and service network equipment, and ensure quality service while traveling to client sites.

The role requires 3–5 years of field IT experience, a valid G license, and the ability to work rotating day/night shifts and on‑call rotations. Excellent communication and safety practices are essential.

Qualifications

• CompTIA A+ Certification and IT degree required.
• Minimum 3–5 years in IT field services with hardware/software exposure.
• Retail POS systems experience required.
• Valid G driver's license and clean abstract for company vehicle.
• Ability to travel on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Provide field connectivity and hardware troubleshooting at customer sites.
• Install and service networking gear (switches, routers, servers, POS devices).
• Travel to customer sites across Canada; rotate day/night/shifts.
• Maintain safe, professional on-site conduct and document work.
