S+C Partners LLP in Mississauga is seeking an experienced IT Field Technician to deliver on-site support for internal teams and clients. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues, and participate in system upgrades and consultations to optimize client IT environments.

The role emphasizes an entrepreneurial approach, strong client relationships, and clear reporting of visits and improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or relevant certifications considered.
• Minimum 4 years IT Technician experience with hardware, software and networking.
• Experience consulting external clients and providing IT solutions is preferred.
• Familiarity with Windows, macOS, Linux; cloud technologies a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support to internal teams and external clients.
• Perform maintenance and upgrades, ensure LAN/WiFi reliability.
• Deliver IT consulting services and assess client environments.
• Document visits, issues, and system updates for management.
