Job summary

Bell Canada in Quebec City is seeking a Field Technician to install, repair and maintain Bell’s services and network for business customers across Canada. You’ll be part of the Field Operations team, delivering end-to-end customer experiences on-site and ensuring network reliability.

The role requires a college diploma in electronics or telecommunications, fluency in French, and a valid Class 5 Quebec driver’s license.

Qualifications

• College diploma in electronics or telecommunications or equivalent work experience.
• High school diploma minimum.
• Fluent in French.
• Valid Quebec driver’s license (Class 5).
• Manual dexterity and ability to use hand tools.
• Capable to climb poles and ladders; work in restricted spaces.
• Ability to differentiate colored wires and maintain safety standards.
• Reliable to meet maintenance agreements and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver services to Bell Business Market customers, installing and repairing network systems.
• Perform maintenance and upgrades on routers and switches for large business customers.
• Coordinate installation with Sales teams to ensure excellent customer service.
• Maintain operating software/hardware and escalate issues as needed.
• Manage service levels and maintain relations with customers and Bell teams.
