Ketek Group is seeking a Service Technician to support clients across Western and Northern Canada from Fort St. John. The role involves traveling to customer sites, remotely accessing equipment, and performing routine maintenance to ensure reliability and client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring oilfield or construction experience, a Journeyman Trade Certificate, and strong communication skills. Expect fieldwork 85% of the time with some shop duties and mandatory safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience in oilfield/construction environments is assets.
• Journeyman Trade Certificate preferred; active status required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' locations to perform routine maintenance and servicing.
• Operate equipment safely and use PPE as required.
• Communicate clearly with Shop Foreman and senior staff.
• Complete required paperwork daily including hazard assessments and work logs.
• Maintain tools and perform housekeeping at the worksite and shop.
