Job summary

MT Talent Solutions is partnering with an established industrial coating equipment organization to recruit a Field Service Representative. Based in North York, you will install, service, and repair industrial equipment at customer sites across the GTA, with occasional travel outside the region and province.

You'll receive 2–3 months of initial training, hands-on learning, and the opportunity to take on larger projects as you grow. A vehicle support program and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Mechanical and electrical knowledge gained through hands-on work or training.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and desire to learn new equipment.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and service documentation.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, service, and repair industrial equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues and advise corrective action.
• Provide technical support to customers and internal teams in person, by phone, and email.
• Visit customer facilities to assess equipment performance and address service needs.
• Train customers on operation, maintenance, and safe use.
• Prepare equipment, tools, and demonstration units for service and project work.
• Document service findings and recommended next steps.
• Coordinate with colleagues and subcontractors to complete installations and resolve issues.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
