Job summary

EnerSys is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, diagnose, and repair battery and power distribution equipment at customer sites in Canada. You will perform preventative maintenance, install new or modified equipment, and coordinate with teams to ensure effective service delivery.

The role requires travel, on-site troubleshooting, and the ability to work in varying environments. Training opportunities and safety-focused work culture are highlighted in the description.

Qualifications

• Two part or more years of industry experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
• Willingness to complete EnerSys Canada training within 6–12 months.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to diagnose and repair equipment including batteries, chargers and DC power distribution equipment.
• Provide on-site technical assistance and training to customers and team members.
• Coordinate problem resolution with technical support, service and sales teams to expedite repairs.
