Qualifications

• One to two years’ industry related experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Read, write, analyze and interpret technical procedures and regulations.
• Must be able to travel and operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Travels to customer sites to diagnose and repair equipment, including batteries and DC power systems.
• Interact with customers and teammates at multiple levels.
• Provide on-site technical assistance and problem resolution.
