Superior SANY Solutions, a division of Imperial Dade Canada, a leading national distributor, has a job opening in Quebec City. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for equipment repairs and implementing preventative maintenance to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Address customer needs and concerns promptly with high customer service standards.
• Manage high call volume and solve problems efficiently.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to break failure calls with attention to detail.
• Provide operator training as needed, sometimes outside normal hours.
• Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle, monitor inventory levels.
• Complete tasks assigned by the service coordinator and meet business goals.
• Work independently and as part of a team, in various environments such as factories, warehouses, and retail locations.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and French.
• Secondary school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid G driver’s license with a clean record.
• 3-5 years of technical experience in mobile equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of material, labor costs, and inventory management.
• Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and solve problems.
• Strong mechanical skills and customer service abilities.
• Experience with cleaning equipment repair is an asset.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and use testing meters.

Working Conditions:

• Travel up to 80%, including outside provincial and overnight travel.
• Long periods of driving required.
