Insight Global is seeking a Field Service Technician for a leading enterprise technology provider in Montreal, QC. This is a permanent position with responsibilities including servicing payment systems such as ATMs, self-checkouts, and POS systems at various financial client locations.

Daily tasks involve customer installations, maintenance, and service calls related to pin-pads, network faults, configuration, security, remote system access, and printers. The technician will be assigned jobs via a ticketing system and must complete them within specified timeframes. The role requires traveling to 5-6 locations daily, so a full class valid driver’s license is necessary.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a field technician, be willing to work 40 hours per week, and be comfortable with shift work, including weekends.
