Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Compensation: $23-$25/hour + Benefits + Company Vehicle

About the Company:

Our client is a well-established printer/copier dealer based in Mississauga. They provide hands on installation and repair services to their clients all across the GTA.

They are growing at a rapid rate and are seeking to add a Field Service Technician to their dynamic team!

Responsibilities:

• Deliver and install copiers and printers, including setup and configuration according to user requirements
• Train clients on proper equipment use to prevent unnecessary damage or wear
• Perform onsite routine maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal functionality
• Respond to emergency calls for equipment repair, including diagnosing, repairing faults, and replacing parts as needed
• Provide in-shop repair services: rebuilding copiers, printers, and components
• Collaborate with team members and communicate service updates to management
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must possess working knowledge of electronics, mechanics, computers, and networking (including routers)
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
• Strong communication skills with proficiency in speaking and writing in English
• Superior time management skills with ability to prioritize urgent calls
• Strong customer service background
